Our application team matches published flow, pressure drop, water quality, connection and power options to the complete installation.
System architecture
Each AGLED model is engineered for a distinct application class, with hydraulics, power, connection, controller behavior and long-term service planning matched to its treatment point.
Peak demand, pressure drop, pipe size and flow control become central to whole-house selection.
UVT, turbidity, hardness, iron and fouling risk affect optical margin and maintenance.
Power architecture, flow activation, start threshold and indication are matched to the installation.
Whole-house buyers need access, runtime tracking, replacement planning and clear fault response.

Serviceable design
This architecture is intended for distributors and installers who value planned service access and operating-life feedback in a high-flow platform.
Engineering selection
Share the project flow, water quality and installation requirements, and our team will match the model, connection and document package to the installation.
Provide simultaneous fixture demand or equipment duty, not only average consumption. If flow can exceed the design point, define the flow-control strategy and review AGLED-40012 pressure drop and flow control.
Share UVT when available, plus turbidity, hardness, iron and the planned sediment treatment. Read what UVT means in water treatment.
Our team reviews inlet pressure, allowable pressure drop, pipe or tube size, fitting standard, flow direction, bypass arrangement and service clearance.
Define supply voltage, enclosure location, ambient and water temperature, controller interface, duty cycle, access and expected service model.

Start with treatment point and peak flow. AGLED-40002 is a 4 L/min POU module with 1/4″ quick-connect and 12 V or 24 V versions. AGLED-40006 is a nominal 6 GPM compact POE system with G1/2 connections and 24 V DC device input.
Both address the 12 GPM class. AGLED-12G is a 24 V DC, 16 W, G1 platform, while AGLED-40012 adds a replaceable UVC LED module with runtime, fault and end-of-life indications. Our application team matches the power and service architecture to the project.
The report flow describes the exact test condition. Our application team combines it with the current product specification, UVT, water quality, pressure drop and treatment target to recommend the project design flow.
Flow activation switches the UVC LED system on and off as water demand changes. Project flow control is selected separately as part of the complete hydraulic design.
Send peak and normal flow, UVT or source-water results, inlet pressure, pipe or tube size, fitting standard, supply voltage, available space, service environment, target market and required documents.
