Controlled assembly
UVC LED modules and finished water systems move through defined assembly, testing and final-inspection stations in the dedicated production area.
Manufacturing evidence for OEM and distribution partners
See how Agua Topone organizes UVC LED assembly, leak and sealing checks, aging verification, flow-switch testing, electrical checks and final inspection for current water-disinfection products.
Main video: from assembly and testing through packing and shipment. Published by Agua Topone on 10 April 2026.
Production control
Agua Topone applies the approved inspection plan for each model and project. The controls below show the workshop and product-testing steps used across current production.
UVC LED modules and finished water systems move through defined assembly, testing and final-inspection stations in the dedicated production area.
Under-sink units are shown receiving air-tightness checks during production and again before packing. Whole-house stations add controlled pressure and connection checks.
Completed units are operated under continuous or extended conditions to screen for unstable operation before shipment.
Activation and shutdown behavior are checked because the start threshold affects low-flow use, unintended triggering and the intended disinfection control sequence.
Power-on function, operating current and visible status indication are checked on the applicable test station and product configuration.
Final checks confirm the approved model and configuration before packing. Project-specific acceptance criteria should be frozen before batch production.
Model-level documentation: factory checks support manufacturing consistency and shipment readiness, while microbiological performance, material compliance and market certification are documented through the applicable model reports. See Testing & Validation and Certifications & Compliance.
Custom chamber and OEM projects
Custom stainless-steel UV chamber work starts with the application, hydraulic and installation requirements. Depending on the project, the manufacturing route shown by Agua Topone can include structural review, prototyping, laser cutting, welding, surface treatment and dimensional, pressure, water-hammer, leak or structural verification.
These steps should be specified in the project record rather than assumed from a standard product page.
Video evidence library
Each video below supports a defined manufacturing or test step. Product ratings and third-party performance claims still come from the applicable specification or report.
