PRODUCT ROLE

High-flow physical UVC treatment for defined POE conditions.

The model provides a UVC disinfection stage for pretreated whole-house and light-commercial water paths. Filtration, UVT, turbidity, iron, hardness and realistic simultaneous demand remain separate design inputs.

APPLICATION FIT

Match 12 GPM performance to a defined POE duty.

  • Flow matching: our application team matches the model to the highest realistic draw and target operating condition
  • Water review: we review UVT, turbidity, hardness, iron and the appropriate pretreatment
  • Mechanical fit: we align pressure, connection, flow direction, mounting and service clearance
  • Electrical fit: we select the suitable supply, appliance controls and flow-activation configuration
  • Project documents: we prepare the relevant drawing, model report and market documents for review

FACTORY TEST SCOPE Factory Test Items and Acceptance Criteria

The table below lists the factory test items and acceptance criteria for AGLED-12G.

No. Test item Test method and criteria
01 Sealing test

Static pressure is maintained at 0.2 MPa for 5 minutes without air leakage.

02 Pressure resistance

Hydrostatic pressure is increased to 0.6 MPa within 5 minutes at a rate of ≤0.4 MPa/s and held for 15 minutes to check module water tightness.

03 Burst test

Water pressure is raised to 0.8 MPa within 70 seconds at a rate of ≤0.4 MPa/s, held for 5 seconds and released; appearance, mechanical and electrical performance remain normal.

04 Cyclic pressure

100,000 repeated cycles at 0–0.45 MPa with a 2-second pressure rise are used to observe module water tightness.

05 Dry-burning test

The water purification device operates powered on without water for 24 hours; the module remains undamaged and all functions remain available.

06 Low-temperature storage

The sample is stored at −20°C ±2°C for 72 hours and recovered at room temperature for at least 1 hour; appearance remains normal, and UVC intensity and module operating current meet the drawing requirements.
