PP sediment filtration
Reduces silt, dirt, rust and suspended particles before downstream stages.
WHOLE-HOUSE FILTRATION + UVC DISINFECTION
A multi-stage UV water filtration platform for point-of-entry projects.
VPS combines PP sediment and carbon filtration with an AGLED-40012 UVC LED disinfection stage. Compare 3- or 4-stage treatment trains, 10- or 20-inch filter housings, 30 or 45 L/min rated flows at 30 mJ/cm², and open-frame or covered variants.
TREATMENT ROLES
VPS brings complementary treatment stages into one serviceable platform. Our application team matches the installed cartridge media and UVC configuration to the project flow, UVT, water quality and operating conditions.
Reduces silt, dirt, rust and suspended particles before downstream stages.
Supports reduction of selected chlorine, taste and odour concerns according to cartridge specification.
Provides microbial treatment through the AGLED-40012 reactor under validated operating conditions.
Supports planned cartridge replacement, reactor cleaning, module service and pressure checks through an accessible maintenance layout.

MODEL SELECTION
Every layout is available as an open-frame base model or as a protective-cover model identified by the C suffix. Compare the options by peak flow, treatment stages and available service space.
Base model · open-frame Compact PP sediment + CTO carbon + UVC LED treatment train for whole-house point-of-entry projects.
Base model · open-frame Compact PP sediment + GAC + CTO carbon + UVC LED treatment train for projects that require an additional carbon stage.
Base model · open-frame Higher-flow PP sediment + CTO carbon + UVC LED treatment train using 20-inch Big Blue filter housings.
Base model · open-frame Higher-flow PP sediment + GAC + CTO carbon + UVC LED treatment train with three 20-inch filter housings.

OWNER’S MANUAL INLET LIMITS
Our application team reviews iron, manganese, hardness, turbidity, UVT and other source-water conditions to match the cartridge train, UVC stage and service plan to the project.
VALIDATION & DOCUMENTS
The VPS platform uses AGLED-40012 as its UVC stage. Its SGS report records >99.999% E. coli reduction at 50 L/min under the report’s stated conditions. Our application team aligns water quality, flow and maintenance with the selected VPS configuration.

Read VPS process guideThe base VPS-103, VPS-104, VPS-203 and VPS-204 are open-frame systems. VPS-103C, VPS-104C, VPS-203C and VPS-204C are the corresponding models with a protective cover. Covered models need suitable installation and service space.
Sediment and carbon cartridges address particles and selected taste, odour or chlorine concerns, while the UVC LED reactor provides the microbial-disinfection stage. Together they form a compact, serviceable treatment platform.
Yes, when the source-water analysis supports a suitable treatment train. The owner’s manual calls for clear inlet water, including turbidity below 1 NTU, iron below 0.3 ppm, hardness below 120 ppm and UVT above 90%; our application team can match pretreatment and the VPS configuration to the project.
At 30 mJ/cm², the Owner’s Manual lists 30 L/min for 10-inch models and 45 L/min for 20-inch models. Our application team combines peak flow, UVT, water quality, pressure and the treatment objective to recommend the configuration.
