One mounting assembly
Filter housings and the UVC LED unit share a support bracket, bringing the treatment stages together at the main inlet.
GPS SERIES · POINT-OF-ENTRY
Combine sediment filtration, carbon treatment and UVC LED disinfection at the main water inlet. GPS brings replaceable filter cartridges and the AGLED-12G unit together on one mounting bracket, with four configurations for residential water-treatment projects.
TREATMENT ROLES
Filter housings and the UVC LED unit share a support bracket, bringing the treatment stages together at the main inlet.
A polypropylene (PP) sediment cartridge comes first, followed by carbon-block (CTO) filtration. GPS-104 and GPS-204 add granular activated carbon (GAC) before CTO. Carbon-treatment goals include chlorine, taste and odour reduction; performance and capacity depend on the selected cartridge.
The integrated AGLED-12G unit provides UVC LED disinfection after filtration, with white, blue and red indicators for standby, operation and fault.
The 10 × 4.5-inch and 20 × 4.5-inch cartridge formats support routine filter replacement. The open bracket leaves the housings accessible for service.

MODEL SELECTION
All four GPS models use the same AGLED-12G UVC LED unit. The differences are cartridge size and the addition of a GAC filter stage.

Compare GPS-103 and GPS-104 for 10-inch cartridges, or GPS-203 and GPS-204 for 20-inch cartridges. Check the selected model’s overall height and the space needed below it to remove the housings. Match flow and cartridge capacity using the specified filter data.
GPS-103 and GPS-203 combine sediment and carbon-block filtration. Compare GPS-104 and GPS-204 when your treatment plan calls for a separate granular-carbon stage for chlorine, taste or odour control. Check the proposed cartridge’s capacity and pressure drop at your target flow before choosing the additional stage.
Send your water source, expected peak flow and available installation space. Include a water report if you have one.
ENGINEERING DATA

These are the manual’s operating water-quality guidelines. See the manual for its separate warranty conditions.
Planning an installation? Ask for the selected model’s dimensions, cartridge-removal clearance, flow / pressure-drop data and supply specification.
INSIDE THE GPS SYSTEM
The photographs below show the GPS series. Use the model images above to compare the four configurations.

Follow the inlet / outlet markings and flow direction. Match the thread specification and fittings to the selected model.

Keep the bracket fixings accessible and leave space below the housings for cartridge replacement.
INTEGRATED AGLED-12G
The UVC LED unit follows the filter stages and operates in response to water flow.
The indicators show operating status. They do not measure UV intensity or disinfection performance.

INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE
Position GPS before the household plumbing branches. Follow the supplied installation instructions for mounting, plumbing, isolation and electrical connection.

Check the supporting surface, mounting dimensions, pipe connections and flow direction. Allow space for housing removal and UVC unit service, and use the approved power adapter and plug for your market.
The AGLED-12G owner’s manual recommends replacing the complete unit every 3 years. Record the installation date. Internal LED parts are not user-replaceable; contact technical support for faults or replacement.
The LED’s L70 rating of 5,000 operating hours describes output declining to 70% of its initial value. It is separate from the manual’s 3-year unit-replacement recommendation.

The AGLED-12G unit used in GPS was tested by SGS for total-coliform removal at the start of operating life.
This result applies to the sample and conditions in the report. The 50 L/min test condition is separate from the manual’s listed unit flow rate of 12 GPM (approximately 45 L/min); it does not establish the rated flow or disinfection result of a complete GPS assembly.

Start with the incoming water quality. GPS combines sediment and carbon filtration with UVC LED disinfection. Well water or other untreated sources may need additional treatment to meet the UVC unit’s water-quality requirements. A water report helps identify what is needed before GPS.
Start with the available mounting height and cartridge-removal space, then compare the specified cartridges’ capacity and pressure drop at your required flow. GPS-103 and GPS-104 use 10-inch cartridges; GPS-203 and GPS-204 use 20-inch cartridges. Cartridge length alone does not set the complete system’s flow rating.
These models add a GAC cartridge between PP and CTO for an additional carbon-treatment stage. All four GPS models use the same AGLED-12G UVC LED unit. Select GAC according to the water-treatment objective and the proposed cartridge’s specifications.
The AGLED-12G manual lists a minimum unit flow of 2.5 L/min. Share the lowest expected draw as well as peak demand so the flow-activation settings can be checked for your installation. The minimum-flow specification does not define the sensor’s switching threshold.
Tell us the model if known, target market and estimated quantity. For selection support, add the water source, expected peak and minimum flow, and available installation space. A water report is helpful if available.
GPS AND VPS
GPS uses the integrated AGLED-12G unit, which is replaced as a complete unit. VPS uses the AGLED-40012 platform with a separate driver and a serviceable LED-module design.
