11 Years Together: Celebrating Agua Topone and Jason Ma
Some milestones deserve a proper moment—and this one means a lot to us.
July 2026 marks 11 years of Agua Topone. It also marks Jason Ma’s 11th work anniversary with the company. Jason has been with us since the early days, so in many ways, these two stories have grown side by side.
A Lot Can Happen in 11 Years
When Jason joined, Agua Topone was a team of around 30 people with about US$1 million in annual revenue and a much smaller international reach. Today:
- Our team has grown from around 30 people to nearly 90.
- Annual revenue has grown from about US$1 million to more than US$10 million.
- Our products now reach customers in more than 80 countries.
Those numbers look impressive in a list. Living through them, of course, meant years of customer calls, late discussions, new products, factory tests, changing markets and plenty of problems to solve.
Through all of that, Jason has been one of the steady people our team and customers can count on. He has helped build long-term relationships, share experience with newer colleagues and keep projects moving, even when the answer was not immediately obvious.
More Than Just the Numbers
We’re proud of the growth, but the part we value most is the trust behind it. Companies are built by people who keep showing up, stay curious and do the work properly. Jason’s 11-year journey is a great example of that.
His experience has also grown alongside our work in UVC LED water disinfection—from product development and manufacturing to supporting POU, POE and OEM projects for customers in different markets.

Jason, thank you for 11 years of hard work, teamwork and leadership. You have been part of Agua Topone’s story from the beginning, and we’re glad to be starting the next chapter together.
